Chance
Perdomo

Perdomo garnered significant attention for his portrayal of Ambrose Spellman in the Netflix series “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” (2018–2020). He further solidified his presence in the industry with his role as Andre Anderson in the first season of the Amazon Prime Video series “Gen V” (2023). Additionally, he portrayed Landon Gibson in the films “After We Fell” (2021), “After Ever Happy” (2022), and “After Everything” (2023). Chance Perdomo trained and studied at Identity Drama School.

Identity School of Acting

Chance Perdomo, born on October 19, 1996, was a notable British and American actor. Chance developed his acting skills at top drama school Identity School of Acting, where he engaged in a variety of courses. His training included screen acting, audition technique, Stanislavski, Meisner, text & performance, monologues, improvisation, and voice. Chance excelled in the screen course, which focuses on providing students with an enhanced understanding of how to apply their skills to working on screen, helping him land the role in “Killed by My Debt,” a BBC Three film for which he earned a British Academy Television Award nomination.

He then initiated his television journey with a recurring character, Henry Goodall, in the third series of the CBBC adaptation of Hetty Feather, airing in 2017. Following this, he landed a lead role as Jerome in the 2018 BBC Three drama film Killed by My Debt, a performance that earned him a nomination for the British Academy Television Award for Best Actor.

In February 2018, Perdomo secured the series regular role of Ambrose Spellman on the Netflix series Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Interestingly, although he initially auditioned for the role of Jughead Jones on Riverdale, it was his audition for Sabrina’s Ambrose that caught the attention of series creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, who tailored the character with Perdomo in mind.

In 2019, Perdomo’s talent was recognised when he was named a Screen International Star of Tomorrow and a BAFTA Breakthrough Brit. He ventured into feature films with his debut as Landon Gibson in After We Fell (2021), followed by reprising the role in After Ever Happy (2022) and After Everything (2023). Additionally, he lent his voice to the character Snork in the third season of the Finnish television series Moominvalley.

In what would become his final television role, Perdomo portrayed Andre Anderson in Gen V, a 2023 spinoff of the superhero series The Boys. Tragically, his passing led to the indefinite delay of production for the second season of the show.
